The VALuable Valentine

Hello everyone! I guess you all had a lovely weekend, the weekend of love. Happy Valentines Day (better late than never). I trust your Vals day was beautiful just like mine.  So here's a little something for everyone this new week; be valuable the same way you value valentines day and your love. Roses are precious and valuable...do people see you the same way? Or do you even see yourself the same way? Be valuable and stay smart!    Have a most beautiful week ahead and remember...

How To Make Your Perfumes Last Longer

Perfumes are essentials! We all want to look good and smell nicely at the same time. Trust me, smelling good is enticing. How to make the perfume last longer?  Spray your clothes with the perfume before ironing it. I learnt this from a friend and I've tried it out. I really really helps. Spraying your perfume on the clothe and ironing it in makes it last longer than it naturally would.  Apply perfume to pressure points! Your pressure points are behind your ears, your inside elbow, inside wrist, base of your throat and inside knee. That sounds weird, I know. This picture should help you out;  Don't rub your wrists together after applying your perfume. A lot of people tend to do that, it's the norm. I get, but it's not advisable. Most people won't apply the perfume to the insides of their wrist because they feel they'll wash it off...yeah. You actually tend to wash it off...anytime you wash your hands obviously.  Use a very nice body spray to com

The SUITable Man

An average Nigerian man pays little or no attention to how he dresses or what he wears. But as the saying goes, as you're dressed so you will be addressed....or thereabouts. Suits have been in vogue sine the advent of time, if I must say. So, it's not a new thing. There are MeN and there are MEN. The ones who stand out and the ones who don't. I am not saying suits make you stand out. I am saying being and staying classy, as a man, makes you stand out. Here is a guide to suits and how to wear them; The first thing you should note is, wear what is suitable for you. Don't discomfort yourself just because you want to wear something that will make you look classy. No! Wear what makes you feel comfortable and probably what you can afford. Secondly, when wearing suits you should buy what matches your skin colour. Don't wear dull colours if you are really dark in complexion and don't wear bright colours if God has naturally made you bright. Wear what compliments y

The Independent Woman

Yes...The Independent Woman! Well, this is for the ladies who think they can not or can never survive alone. Not really alone like that, you know what I'm getting at here. I mean, they expect money, support and all from their parents or boyfriends.   Why do you really need to depend on a man? Fine, God said we are one another's helper. But then, young lady...be smart. Some ladies would ask for practically everything from their boyfriends. Why? Money for food, money for clothes, money to make their hair and even money for BIS! Really?! Some ladies' behaviour would just make you want to ask God 'Why?'. Like Seriously...there are basic things you don't have to ask someone else to buy for you. Is he your father? No, so be smart.   Your parents have trained you enough and spent so much more than you could ever refund them to still ask for money when you should be independent! You really should cover your face in shame if you still ask your parents for house rent

Adultery; Who is guilty?

Adultery is having an affair with another man or woman (as the case may be) outside your marriage. That is despite being married, you still 'cheat' on your spouse. Fornication is very different from adultery. Fornication entails two unmarried people having sexual affairs.   In most cases of adultery, the women are considered guilty. The men are innocent, even if they are the ones that cheated on their wives. Why are woman so 'unlucky'? Or maybe, the women are guilty too.  So I'm putting it forth, who really is guilty?
